Dr. Huang performs many outpatient minor cosmetic procedures that are often not covered by insurance and can be costly at a traditional plastic surgery center.  We have a dedicated procedure room and offer convenient, cost effective options for many outpatient cosmetic procedures.  Dr. Huang has been performing minor outpatient surgical procedures in the office setting since 2002.
